农历六⽉⼗九日 (13/07/2025), 是观世音菩萨的成道日，在佛教中，这一天被视为一个重要的节日。

 

在此殊胜节⽇里，唸诵观世音菩萨圣号，诵经，持咒，燃灯，放⽣，⼴⾏善事，犹为殊胜具⼤功德，并以此回向尽虚空遍法界⼀切众⽣, 祈愿众⽣早⽇破迷开悟, 福慧双修, 离苦得乐! 同时也祈愿国泰⺠安，世界和平，正法久住!

 

灯代表着光明和智慧，有了智慧就能够破除愚痴的⿊暗，逢凶化吉，遇难呈祥，⼀年都会充满吉祥平安，万事如意。

 

On the 19th day of the sixth lunar month (July 13th, 2025), marked the auspicious occasion of the birthday of Guanyin/Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva. This is one of the important days observed by Buddhists.

 

On this auspicious day, reciting the name of Guanyin Bodhisattva, scriptures, mantras, light offerings, releasing captives, engaging in virtuous deeds, etc., will garner great merits. Transfer these merits to all sentient beings throughout the universe, praying for their swift liberation from ignorance; attainment of happiness; wisdom; continuance of world peace and prosperity.

 

Lights symbolize brightness and wisdom. Wisdom will dispel ignorance and darkness; transforming adversity into prosperity; may the year be filled with auspiciousness, peace, and success in all endeavours.
